Quite a nice result Michael, viewing the standard size on AstroBin it looks pretty good, some processing artefacts, wonky stars and column defects are really only noticeable when viewing at full size. The resolution around the keyhole is pretty good

Yes dithering more may help I guess..? Or in Astroart6, that I use, there is a column remover available in preprocessing, you just identify the column and it will be removed in every sub as part of calibration.

Mike
Thanks for honest critique Mike . Some wonky stars i guess can be attributed to my poor guiding.I have been having problems getting round stars through my MMOAG and onto my guide chip. I have added a spacer and will need to do some tinkering to get light orthogonal.

Processing artifacts i could tidy up with some flats/bias/darks i hope. i was being lazy and didn't do any.

Ive downloaded the demo astroart and ill be giving it ago see how it handles those pesky columns.

Nothing boring about it Michael. Sharp focus and plenty of colour and detail. Well done.

I know not fair to call it boring we are lucky to have such a huge bright target in our southern sky's i hope those northerners get jealous.
I was very happy with the colour it was pretty much un processed just a little brightening and vibrancy added.
