I recently bought a second hand 1200D with the aim of making it a cooled DSLR project.
All went well with the disassembly process and so on, but somehow, the sensor (which was in a sealed zip lock bag) was accidentally misplaced
I turned the house upside down to look for it but I think I now lost it
So, does anyone know what is the best way to replace the senor component?
I had a quick look, they are available in the US and online. Guess the next best thing is to get another 1200D
Does the 1200D share the same sensor as other Canon DSLR? Are they interchangeable?
