Triangulum Galaxy

The Triangulum Galaxy is the third-largest member of the Local Group of galaxies and resides approximately 2.75 million light-years away. I took this back in 2015 but didn't want to process it until I had improved my technique. I've been imaging for about 2 years now and finally feel like I'm beginning to settle into a routine. Now I can begin to focus on longer integration times.

Note - same image, just a different perspective in each one. To me the first image looks as if your spaceship is flying over M33 as you head out of the local group

Image Details:
Canon 600D
2 x 600sec @ ISO 800
Meade 8" LX200 ACF, f/6.3 (guided)
Taken - Gunnedah, 12 Sept 2015

Thanks for looking. Cheers,
Evan
