Selling my modified Canon 40D.
I did the modification myself using the Astrodon glass filter and I am proud of the result. The camera is in excellent condition and would make a fantastic starter for anyone wanting to explore astrophotography. It comes with 4gb SanDisk Compact flash card, 2 batteries, genuine Canon battery grip which takes either 2 x Canon batteries or 6 x AA batteries using a slide in drawer, a remote shutter release and battery charger.
The image was taken with the 40D through Orion ED80T. The images were stacked using Deep Sky Stacker. There were no flats or darks taken to clean the image up which you will see if you zoom in..

I will also separate the battery grip from the camera and remote shutter.
