Just went shopping for laptop RAM, to increase my Dell Latitude D600 from 512M to 1gigabyte, so I wanted another 512M DDR module.
Tried Dell online, ebay australia, MemoryX.com and ebay US.
Dell Memory - the only ones for my laptop (D600) are the 1gig (overpriced) and the 256M (cheap). I would've preferred a 512M but it doesn't appear to be available.
Using
MemoryX, it came back with these prices.. $USD, shipping US$9.

Ebay Australia has the same 512M Ram for AU$149 + postage.
Ebay US has the same 512M RAM for US$39 + US$17 postage!
So I went with the Ebay US option! Another 512M RAM at my door for under AU$75. Gotta be happy with that.
