I have driven to Brisbane and back about 6 or 7 times now all along the Coast .....sounds like I haven't missed much by not taking the inland route !
You can start your Canberra based volunteering at my place Lewis .....need slashing, fencing, pier installed, some general cleanup and other odd jobs
