"fragile"! This thankfully doesn't apply to all carriers, but as with anything, there's always a dud about. I've been caught on rare occasions, but on the whole I've been lucky. I've also once had a letter from Auspost telling me my package was in the dreaded assessment centre. Oh No! When it arrived, all was good and they had done a great job of repacking a previously underpacked item. Its really a lottery though!
