David, you may as well right it off, Insurance, Fragile, Handle with Care is of no consequence.
I asked once for a package i sent some time ago, you do at your own risk, they will not take any responsibility for the package and a fragile handle with care means nothing, what happens to it after you post it is anyone's guess.
Sorry, but that is the truth of it.
