I have faith that AusPost will do their best to ruin a 25 year old piece of Japanese finery. Problem is any real damage may not be readily discernible - hurt spur gears, bent worms etc. Paint doesn't worry me TOO much (though, being a classic, I'd prefer it was unscathed).
