Select your camera then select "on camera" in the mount dropdown if you are using the st4 guide port on the mount. You then need to click on the brain icon to get to the menu "click on guiding" to select the focal length of your guide scope. That will get you started then there's lots of reading and tweaking to do to get it all running smoothly.
