I think it is particularly flat footed to issue an order which results in people who have been granted permanent residency in the USA being denied access to the country. People with jobs, businesses, children in the US who find themselves denied travel BACK to the US.
Imagine if you needed to fly out for 24 hours and left a house full of pets, or you went on a holiday overseas or on a cruise ship and found yourself turned away at customs coming "home"
