Nice pics , I think the distortion your talking about maybe field rotation .
If you are guiding on a star away from the center of the one your imaging and your polar alignment isnt good enough it can cause the area further from your guide star to show some rotation .
I can't work out why i can't get a Meade 6.3 FR to work on the 5" refractor I have here seems to give terrible images its second hand so I wonder if someone has taken it appart and messed it up.
