I notice the adds and they say prompt payout.
I wonder how prompt on a death certificate or probate.
I have never run into anyone who benefited under one, any one out there with an experience.
I often wonder if the insurance company were difficult how sucessful one would be getting money from them.
The executor would be able to sue but such a small amount I wonder if you would bother.. Do companies play on that and keep their hands in their pockets?
