Good One
I have to mention the totally excellent service provided to me by Adriano at Tasco in Sydney. I sent an item for a warranty repair for a minor fault. It was repaired and mailed back to me within 24hours, along with a phone call advising me of the repair method.
Gotta give that ten out of ten!
