It has occurred to me that it might be simpler to have an internal puck insert made which can rest on a flat top plate, like this one (attached) that TPI Astro in Canada has made. It seems from the drawing that the diametre of the puck would be equal to 131.9mm max, with a thickness of 35.5mm. It would need a centre hole to support the through bolt and the locating post on the bottom of the mount. I will try to get those dimensions for you shortly. It would probably also need a recessed locking bolt (or two) to stop it rotating on the top plate.
