That is the thinking I believe. It seems a sort of fialament system appeared as a result and the gallaxies are within the remnants of these filaments forming now walls in effect. They say gallaxies formed early during inflation from there I suspect some sort of evolution to follow where mergers and groupings emerge. This observation (spiral line up) suggests something of a relationship not only to the early fluctuations but as I speculate but between the bodies present. For it is curious to find a lining up, given the distances between gallaxies one would not be unreasonable to envisage nothing special to be found... mmm just though of something ..how do the large elipticals fit in this sort of picture... maybe that is yet to be done..do they have a rotational axsis I wonder.
