I also brought these for a project which never eventuated. These are the motors and driver board for the older HEQ5/EQ6. They are not GOTO motors or drivers. These motors and driver can be converted to auto-guiding.

The motors are stepping motors and have a gearbox on them.

These motors and controller board will not work with the Synscan handsets.
