If nothing else it will keep some families fed.
And I guess we do need toknow what cant be done.
However if you think about it there must be an ocean of nutrinos out there, as well as push itrons
now if you could interact 100% or close to that a torch beam should do the job.
Is that an idea worthy of funding or what?
