If the photo's were taken on the ipad, or imported from a camera to the ipad, they will be available via Windows Explorer when you plug the iPad in to a computer (providing you accept the "allow access" dialog that shows up when you plug it in).
Failing that, I use dropbox (in the dropbox app you can select photos to upload).
