SB have had poor quality over the last few years for sure. How many threads are there on this site where someone had trouble with a new PMX or now PMX+.

Did they send you a new worm - that's the usual and apparently the weak spot, that and the belts. once those are sorted its usually very good.
Unless you have something deeper inside like a faulty bearing or something.

Still isn't it SB's problem to fix as part of their warranty? They seemed quite responsive when I had a PMX. Once the worm and belts were replaced it went really well.
