The easiest way is to get
one of those.
LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) can be obtained locally from
MiniKits and/or
MiniCircuits.
In this forum section there is also a thread about PC apps (Spectrum analysers) that are suitable for data recording, using RTL-SDR dongles.
