Hi Leon,

Try the following...
Open an elevated Command box.
Start > Run > Cmd (Must be run with Admin. Privileges.)

After the flashing cursor,
Type, ping (use the spacebar to leave a space) 182.160.129.2
eg; ping 182.160.129.2
Press the Enter key.

You should get something like this...
Microsoft Windows [Version XXXXXXXX]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE>ping 182.160.129.2

Pinging 182.160.129.2 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 182.160.129.2: bytes=32 time=27ms TTL=56
Reply from 182.160.129.2: bytes=32 time=28ms TTL=56
Reply from 182.160.129.2: bytes=32 time=28ms TTL=56
Reply from 182.160.129.2: bytes=32 time=28ms TTL=56

Ping statistics for 182.160.129.2:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 27ms, Maximum = 28ms, Average = 27ms

In the CMD box, right click a vacant area & click on "Select All"
The info will be added to your clipboard.
You can now type EXIT hit the Enter key & the CMD box will be closed.

Paste the results back here.
