As for a better location...
....I guess I'd spend less time in traffic in the high Chilean desert
...but then again..in H-alpha..even shooting from Pitt Street the sky isn't too shabby.

Thank you Marcus....to answer your question...only the horsie's core field was captured with the Alluna. The rest was RHA data...hence no spikes from Alnitak.
Nothing overly complex here...I simply used a Gaussian blur on the Alluna layer's edge to blend the two data sets.
