Hi Pat,

That temperature reading in EZCAP is the sensor temp, and you should in theory not switch off the camera while it is very cold at -25C. Instead gradually increase the temp in stages until you get back to ambient.

I usually go from -25C to -10C let it settle and then set the temp to 0, let it settle and then set it to +10C before I turn the TEC off within EZCAP.

Just prevents thermal shock that could crack the cover glass on the sensor.
