I could be wrong but worth checking what bayer pattern you set when debayering this image. ASI1600MC has a bayer pattern of GRBG. While your Sbig most likely has a debayer pattern of RGGB. When the wrong pattern is selected youcan get weird colours, Worth a try anyway.
