Tornado Scott, the SXV-H9 is a cooled CCD camera made for idiots who want to be able to produce masterpieces. Being a super quiet camera no darks are necessary while still having great sensitivity and high resolution capabilities like no DSLR has! smaller chip of course
Not sure I'd ever go with a one shot though...?
Stuart, are you sure you were looking at the "old" version to make your comparison?

they are next to each other in that album, so if you bring the new version up and hit F11 on your keyboard, centre the image on your monitor and you can then then toggle between the two images using the "previous/next" button (use next first) top right corner of the screen.
