I really cant understand all the stress about your name on a government form, as been said, they already have all your information anyway.
Maybe I'm just not with it,
as the only social media I participate in is here on IIS, and have a dinosaur of a phone which is just a phone, which I lose many time because I hardly use it,
and I like it that way, and I was given a paper form so
I'm safe
