Thanks Louie. I have a bit of a habit of cutting the histogram close. On my Photoshop its not actually clipped but virtually no room to the left either. I've been putting attention on leaving more room to the left of the histogram. It tends to be eaten into very often with later stages of processing. I've boosted it a bit more so it looks less jet black in the background. I may have to start from scratch though to fully correct it. Fortunately its not a large image to do that.

Agreed that the blacks are a bit clipped, and the blues are a tiny bit strong.

Thanks, I boosted it more and reduced the blue a tad.

Yes I have. I had a good run of weather about 2 weeks ago. Its gone now of course but it was good for a while.
