I ask this as their page has been "stolen" by a cybersquatter, going to their page
http://www.batsc.com.au/ reveals nothing to do with astronomy at all. Even if the did close how was their site taken over so quickly?
Their website is still listed in Australian Sky & Telescope,

I hope they havent closed as Ive dealt with them in the past and they have been great. Even checking the yellow pages link to their website reveals the same thing
