Well... I've just filled mine out omitting the unit number and name is householder householder. Also inserted bull data for the rest as well - certainly not disclosing my birthdate or employer.

I reckon the database will be hacked fairly quickly.

FWIW... just matching your postcode and birthdate to the pharmaceuticals database (been to a chemist for a script lately ?) medical records or the motor registry records will give a 90%+ likelihood of identifying you uniquely - with name and address.

I can't wait to see the numbers of identity thefts rocket after this, knowing how many home PC's are running outdated operating systems without current patches or malware protection, and almost certainly contaminated with keystroke loggers and worse.
