I suspect a lot of this stuff is now being done because the computer systems make it cost effective to do.
Once DNA testing is down to even a $100 or so a pop, it will be brought in ( just like semi forced immunisation was ).

Gattaca, your describing the world of Gattaca. So how long before the ABS wants a DNA sample? Just for statistical purposes of course.
