That's what I suspected (missing drivers.. ), I found a number of individual drivers on Lenovo website but not a package...
W7 installer suggests something like that.
I never had to have drivers ready before XP installation before. I always installed them later for specific machine.
As for AHCI - not sure... I will check. This is W7 issue?
