Try both LHaRGB and SIIHaOIII as both con produce a great final result with different processing challenges thrown at you in each case
A great start there with the Ha
but one thing I would suggest is that the current presentation has no bright highlights and this flattens the image, there are bright bits in each paw that give the neb some depth
