Definitely narrowband. HaLRGB images of this object tend to all red boring images.
In narrowband though it can be quite vibrant. Same with NGC6357 the Lobster. Do short exposures LRGB for the stars only but don't spend a lot of time there. Maybe half an 60mins should do it (3 x 5minutes each).
