I too have a telegizmo 365 cover and find its very good (mine's for an 8" SCT). I set up and generally leave my scope out for 3-4 days at a time. I particularly like that in the middle of summer I can put my hand under the cover and it's noticeably cooler, and that's on a 40 degree day. I just remove my camera etc. and no longer worry. I definitely wouldn't feel so great about a non-insulated cover.
As others have said, suggest you consider the use of an extra draw string around the base just to prevent any movement should you some wind.
