Yep thats good, I have the nylon bolts that will do the job perfectly, they are 1/4" dia by about 1/2" long, the rounded head on them is about 5mm. I will be drilling into probably either 1/2" or 3/8" bolt, more than likesly 1/2" so there is a bit of wall thickness at the end then tapping it to take the nylon bolt, should work out well. Bit of an overkill, but atleast it wont move
