Is that one of those Datyson ones? I had a play with one, but the lack of a proper driver made it impossible to control.
The exposure on your image there looks fine to me. You're not blowing out the data, nor exposing so low that noise overwhelms the signal.
But as mentioned below, a low frame rate allows any movement, including the seeing to blur the captures.
