Great first NB, George, and congrats on overcoming the street lights! The colours look a little washed out which is usually caused by a strong luminance overpowering the colour data. If you processed the Lum and colour separately and combined them with LRGBCombination then try a tweak of the Lightness and Saturation sliders (they are MTF functions so drag the Lightness to the right and the Saturation to the left a little.)
