Wow George pretty amazing image for a first narrowband. I like it. Perhaps a tad oversharpened in places. I am not sure if you have selectively sharpened or globally sharpened. If selective and you are using a mask then its best to let the structured areas show through but block out the stars with a mask or simply paint them black in the mask (in Photoshop). Stars don't take sharpening well.
