If you do not already have a copper connection to this site then no sense paying to build and maintain an old and vulnerable telecom access type.
I would recommend looking at the NBN satellite solution with an ISP of your choice.
In the long run, the satellite may only need to be a cost saving startup solution until the terrestrial NBN solutions are finally nailed down.
But first, I would recommend talking to the locals and see how they have faired with their research and selections.
