Bob, I use Firecapture for collecting the videos as *.ser files - I think it's a brilliant package. For my 600x600 pixel Mars frames, it'll do 100fps, and you can pick elongated crops like this one for Jupiter (~60fps). I put the .ser file through PIPP to select the best frames and centre them (with an offset of 250 pixels here to keep Ganymede). Then it's Registax 6 for me. I've tried Autostakkert a few times, and never quite got the results I wanted - not as sharp as I've done with Registax. Which is surely down to something I'm not quite doing right, and I've not spent the time to learn where I went wrong! Maybe one day I'll learn, but not yet
