If you can find a decent courier's in your area, they'll do the pick up for you with minimal hassles for seller & buyer. Here (in Preston, Melbourne) I am lucky to have Pack & Send down the road; helpful folks, good rates. I'm sure you could do it online as well but I prefer to talk to someone in person. Maybe over the phone would be the next best thing.
