I love these calls. I always ask them questions as of I'm very dum about computers, so they think they have a "live one" on the end of the line, after I drag the conversation out as long as I think they can take, which some times can be a long time the longest I've gone is 28 min. I'll then tell them I haven't a computer!!!!
