I know the latest Canon (EOS760D for certain) have wifi. Enables you to see liveview on an ipad with a Canon app. It is not bad although control is fairly limited, for example you cannot use Bulb exposure.
It works by setting up the camera as a wifi access point and you just link your ipad to it. I have used it a couple of times for group shots.
Not aware that Nikon have something similar.
