small parts such as adapters are a headache. it is difficult to know what to get. I have often ordered parts that I didn't need but held onto them rather than sending them back (although it was never the suppliers fault but my own), and later down the track I have ended up using them anyway.
saying all that, when someone is abusive I would never use them again nor recommend them if someone asks for advice on where they should go.
