There are some advantages to living in the bush - we know the mail contractor and the PO staff (50kms away) and they know us. never had a problem with Aus Post parcels. Couriers are another matter. Some suppliers e.g. Bintel use the right ones and delivery to the door no problem. others insist on using the majors who are a disaster - some won't deliver except to their nearest depot (150 kms)!
