I had an issue where a parcel said it was delivered and it was!! Same house number, same street name, wrong suburb!!
Someone royally screwed up with that one and it took an internal investigation to retrieve it. (camera lenses are not that cheap). Thankfully the recipient who wrongfully took it returned it as it would then have become a police matter.
