I can sympathise totally. The last 4 parcels I have had sent to me, have all gone missing, one of which was express post that turned up after 7 days. All the others I had to put in a complaint to chase up where they were. All were registered, one of which had no tracking associated with it after a week. Seriously the clown in charge needs to earn some of his millions and get the shop in order, it is a joke.
Oh yeah one of the items came from NZ, ended up in Tasmania, go figure.
Had the correct address when it eventually arrived a fortnight after it was sent.
