the ASV has a 80mm f15 refractor which belonged to monash & was bought by another party who sold it on to the ASV..its a zeiss instrument, puts up a fine image, on a tall wooden pier mount, was used for both of the recent transits of venus.
i checked up a couple of years ago -the old zeiss refractors go fo some big $ in europe
