Three years ago I attended the dawn service in Kandahar. This year and the last two have been spent with (most) of my family by my side.
As a defence civvy, I was privileged to share in a moving ceremony, one which I now share with my family.
I know that there are many ex-servicemen and women on this forum, we may differ in opinion on many things, but Anzac Day is not one of them.
Post a picture of your gongs, be proud of the service you have given.
